NDDC received $142 million from Shell Nigeria, Partners in 2023 Shell Petroleum Development of Nigeria Limited, (SPDC), Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited ( SNEPCo) have paid a total of $142.5 million to thei Niger Delta Development Commission(NDCC).
