Mayardit on Tuesday, wetted his pants in public, while commissioning a road project in his country.
Mayardit, 71, was seen in a viral video peeing to the shame of dignatries, including military chiefs and other top government officials.
The event, which according to the country's men and women was a disgrace, has resulted in the death of some journalists, who covered the event, while others have been declared missing.
